Four-Star Andre Rafus talks N.C. State, Kansas and Kentucky
Rivals.com caught up with Andre Rafus at the NBPA Top 100 Camp in Virginia over the weekend. The six-foot-seven small forward plans on cutting his list by the end of the summer and NC State, Kansas and Kentucky are three schools he says that will definitely make the cut.
