As with many top prospects in the 2022 class nationally, Zocko Littleton’s phone started going off at midnight on June 15th last. A talented point guard with one of the best jump shots in the country, the Georgia native added several new offers throughout the past week.

His most recent offers come from DePaul, Georgetown, Tulsa and Wichita State. Before June 15th, he held scholarship offers from Alabama, Georgia, Georgia Tech and several mid-majors. He’s previously taken visits to Alabama, Auburn, Georgia and Georgia Tech.

IN HIS OWN WORDS

Littleton discussed his new offer from Georgetown and the programs he's seen in person.

Alabama: “I love them. They play very fast and shoot a lot of 3’s. I just like how they play there.”

Auburn: “They were at a lot of my games and practices this year, but they haven’t offered yet. I just know they like shooters.”

Georgetown: “[Patrick Ewing] called my dad to offer me, but I’ve been talking to Coach [Robert] Kirby. I like how they play. I like how they let their guards. I watched them play a few times this year because they’ve been showing interest.”

Georgia: “I like how he let Anthony Edwards go this year. Coach [Tom] Crean texts me a lot. He talks to me a lot about point guards and how I could be like Dwyane Wade.”

Georgia Tech: “Its in the city. I can be close to my family. They played pretty well this year. They let their guards go. [Josh Pastner] let Jose Alvarado play and run the team.”

RIVALS' REACTION

Littleton doesn’t hide from the fact he really likes Alabama right now. The Crimson Tide staff offered him early and have stayed on him consistently ever since. The style of play is a huge draw and a good match for what he does well. As he gets back on the court this summer with the Atlanta Xpress, look for his recruitment to continue to grow with several twists and turns along the way.
